These general terms of use (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern access to, browsing and use of the website moud.events (hereinafter, "the Website"), owned by MWD Creative Studio SL, as well as the services and content offered on it. Accessing the Website makes you a user and implies your express and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

Through the Website, users can request information or proposals for events using the contact form and the "Create your event" wizard. Submitting the form does not constitute a binding contract; it is a request for information or a quote. MWD Creative Studio SL undertakes to reply within an indicative period of 48 business hours.
5. Contracting process
The actual provision of services requires:
- Express, signed acceptance (digital or on paper) of a detailed financial proposal.
- Payment of the agreed amount as a deposit or advance payment, where applicable.
- Where appropriate, signature of a specific contract governing deadlines, deliverables and particular conditions.
6. Prices and payments
Service prices are provided in personalised proposals. Unless otherwise stated, the amounts shown do not include applicable taxes (VAT or equivalent). Payments will be made by bank transfer, in accordance with the conditions agreed in each proposal.
7. Intellectual and industrial property
All content on the Website (text, images, videos, logos, trademarks, source code, designs, navigation structure and databases) is owned by MWD Creative Studio SL or used under licence, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Any unauthorised use is prohibited.
8. Liability
MWD Creative Studio SL is not liable for damage arising from the Website being temporarily unavailable, from connection errors or from misuse by users. Nor is it liable for third-party content linked from the Website.
The information published is for guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer until a proposal has been formally accepted.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. To resolve any dispute, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of Sabadell (Barcelona), unless applicable consumer legislation provides for a different jurisdiction.
