One piece of data, end to end
Lead, quote, proposal, project, invoice, payment and support are the same record. Nobody copies data from one tool to another.
In a CRM or an ERP: the CRM stops at the sale and the ERP starts at the invoice.

Moud One · Barcelona
Moud One isn't a CRM or an ERP. It's your company's brain: sales, projects, clients, invoices and conversations in one place, connected to each other, so everything moves as one. And with AI agents that automate processes, write your reports and take the tedious tasks off your plate.
Forn Albada, client since March
We follow a made-up job at Estudi Nord, a design studio that uses Moud One. Anything underlined is data carried over from the previous step: nobody types it in again.
MPMarta, from Forn Albada (the client) JSJordi, sales LRLaia, project lead
Marta writes to the studio's inbox: the bakery wants to sell bread online. The email lands in Moud One and, from that same message, Jordi turns it into a lead.
Carried to the next step: company, contact, email and the message text, which becomes the initial brief.
Hi! We're Forn Albada, a bakery in Poblenou. We'd like to sell bread and pastries online before Christmas. Could you send us a proposal?
New lead from this email
It shows up in the new leads column. Jordi moves it across as it progresses. The sales agent drafts the follow-up email, and he decides whether to send it.
Carried to the next step: the whole lead, with the original email and everything discussed since.
Jordi opens the quote from the lead. He picks services from the catalogue, which already include the description and price, and adjusts whatever he needs to.
Carried to the next step: client, contact and quote lines.
| Service | Amount |
|---|---|
| Online shop designFrom catalogue | €3,200 |
| Product photography, 30 photosFrom catalogue | €900 |
| Training for the bakery teamFrom catalogue | €350 |
| Total excl. VAT | €4,450 |
The quote is presented in a templated proposal with the studio's branding. Marta opens it online and signs it. At that moment, the lead moves to won on its own.
Carried to the next step: the signed quote, with the services that were sold.
Moud One asks whether you want to create a project from the won lead. Laia adds the phases, the tasks and who does what. Everyone sees their own tasks in the calendar.
Carried to the next step: client, quote and services sold, plus the conversation thread.
Marta logs in to her space, branded with the studio's identity. She sees the project, downloads the deliverable and leaves a comment. In Moud One, Laia sees that she opened it and reads the comment on the record.
Carried to the next step: nothing to copy. The client and the team look at the same project.
“Love it. Can we make the bread photo bigger?”
Marta opened “Home page design”

New comment on the project
“…make the bread photo bigger?”
The invoice comes out of the project with the lines that were sold, is issued with Easor and sent by email. Marta also has it in her space. Once it's paid, the project's finances are up to date.
Carried to the next step: the invoice status, visible on the client record.
Weeks later, Marta wants to change a photo. She asks from her space, or by email, and it comes in as a ticket linked to the client and the project. Whoever answers has everything in front of them.
All together: the first day's email, the proposal, the project, the invoice and now the ticket.
Hi! Can we use the new rye bread photo?Marta, from the client space
Done! It's live now.Laia, sent by email and to the client space
A CRM stops when the sale closes. An ERP starts when the invoice is issued. In between, work runs through spreadsheets, forwarded emails and data copied by hand. In Moud One, as you've just seen, it's the same record from end to end.
Each tool keeps its own copy of the client.
Three breaks where data is copied by hand. Conversations sit elsewhere.
A single record, from first contact to support.
Coming in, linked to the client: EmailsWhatsAppTelegramFormsVoice notes
No breaks. Conversations land in the same thread.
Lead, quote, proposal, project, invoice, payment and support are the same record. Nobody copies data from one tool to another.
In a CRM or an ERP: the CRM stops at the sale and the ERP starts at the invoice.
In their space they see projects, deliverables, invoices and tickets, and they can write and comment. Your team knows when they log in and what they look at.
In a CRM or an ERP: the client is left outside and everything reaches them as attachments.
Emails from your inboxes, WhatsApp, Telegram and forms are linked to the client, the project or the ticket, with the full thread and attachments.
In a CRM or an ERP: email lives in another tool and the thread gets lost.
Sales, production and marketing agents automate processes and suggest the next step. They prepare project reports and take the tedious tasks off your plate. A voice note becomes a lead, a task or a project.
In a CRM or an ERP: the assistant is a separate chat that knows nothing about your day-to-day.
Alerts, reminders and automatic emails let you know when something stalls or when it's time to act. No need to go looking.
In a CRM or an ERP: a database someone has to remember to check.
You only pay for what you use. When you have two that complement each other, each one shows what comes from the other.
In a CRM or an ERP: a closed bundle, with parts you'll never use.
With your logo, your colours and your domain, on desktop, iPad and mobile. It's your tool.
In a CRM or an ERP: the tool, and what the client sees, carry the vendor's brand.
MOUD runs its whole operation on it. What we offer you is exactly what we use.
In a CRM or an ERP: software designed from outside the daily work.
As well as keeping everything together, Moud One has artificial intelligence agents that work with your company's data. They automate processes, prepare reports and handle the tedious tasks. You review and decide.
Reviews the pipeline, drafts the follow-up email for each lead and prepares prospecting emails for new companies. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
Keeps track of ongoing projects and suggests the next step and the missing tasks, so nothing stalls.
Helps you with the editorial plan and calendar, and drafts posts and content in your brand's tone of voice.
Analyses finished projects and reports on what worked, what drifted and where time and money were gained or lost.
Dictate a voice note and it becomes a lead, a task or a project. Automatic emails, alerts and reminders take care of the repetitive work.
You choose the core and the modules you need, and you get your own platform at your-company.moud.app, with your logo and your colours.
Four steps, and from day one you're working with your company's data.
We show it to you on a video call, with cases similar to yours.
Based on what you need, we prepare a tailored quote.
Brand, domain and users. If you have data in Easor, Trello or Gmail, we bring it over. For other sources, we'll look at it with you.
And add modules whenever you need them.
The core is already a complete tool. Each module switches on within the same platform, with nothing to migrate, and modules that complement each other talk to each other. If you remove one, it disappears from the menu, but the data isn't deleted: it's all there again if you switch it back on.
Switch modules on and off to see what each one adds to a company record.
2 modules on top of the core, with 1 connection between them.
Client, Barcelona
Each person logs in with their own user and sees what's relevant to them.
Manage users, branding and modules, and can download all company data in Excel or CSV.
Works with all the modules the company has: leads, projects, tasks, inbox, invoices.
Only see the projects or leads they're involved in. For each project, you decide whether they see the financials.
With the client space, you create a user for them and send them access by email. Within the client company, only its administrators see the invoices.
Moud One is the tool MOUD uses for all of its work, every day.
MOUD is a creative tech agency based in Barcelona. We run the leads, projects, clients, invoices and conversations of the whole team on it.
Every improvement comes from a real need in our work, and reaches every company that uses it.
If you use Easor, clients and the catalogue are synced. Leads can be imported from a Trello board and from Gmail. If your data is in another tool, we'll look at it with you during setup.
There are three types of user. Administrators manage users, branding and modules. The team works with all of the company's modules. External collaborators only see the projects or leads they're involved in, and for each project you decide whether they see the financials.
Their projects and services, deliverables to download, invoices as PDFs and their tickets. They can comment on projects with attachments, open tickets and keep their company details up to date. Invoices are only visible to the client company's administrators.
